Hi, my name is Jacquelyn Wickson, and I am the owner and operator of Cutting Edge Mohs Consulting! I've been passionate about histology for the past 18 years, and I am always eager to learn and grow in this ever-evolving field.
I grew up in New Jersey and moved to Florida in 2007 to attend college. While I was in school, I got a job at a dermatology office, where I was introduced to the fascinating field of Mohs surgery. I quickly became captivated by it, and the doctor I worked for saw my enthusiasm and sent me to California to train in the Mohs technique. It was there that I earned my Mohs certification.
After working in that dermatology office until 2009, I returned to New Jersey and secured a position with LabCorp as a Mohs/histology technician. For several years, I traveled daily to different offices, refining my skills and deepening my love for the field. In 2014, I welcomed my son into the world, and even through early motherhood, I continued working in Mohs.
In 2017, I decided to move back to Florida. In 2020, I was blessed with a baby girl, and soon after, I established Cutting Edge Mohs Consulting. Now, I
m proud to be running my own company, helping others excel in this incredible field while continuing to learn and stay on the cutting edge of Mohs surgery and histology!
